Please take notice of the file-formats for the submission.
The benefits of being a presenter:
1. Free participation at both days of the conference.
2. Free ticket to the dinner on the day before the conference.
3. Free participation at the conference evening event.
4. For workshops and tutorials, the holder of the workshop or tutorial will also receive a flat expense allowance (see the submission form) after the workshop or tutorial has been presented. The flat fee will only be paid once even when several people hold the workshop.
Submission conditions:
There is no guarantee that your submission will be accepted. The submission may be rejected without indicating the reasons.
Upon submitting your presentation, you agree to the continuous publication of your submission on the event website and within the electronic and printed conference documents, as well as in a volume of compiled conference presentations. You retain all other rights to your presentation.
Workshops will only be held if at least six paying participants register. There will be no payment or reimbursement of costs for cancelled workshops.
