Formats of the Submission

The content and structure of the extended abstracts needs not follow a particular form.

The following file-formats will be accepted for sumbission documents(extended abstract):

• *.doc - Microsoft Word 97-2003
• *.docx - Microsoft Word 2007
• *.pdf - Adobe Reader 9.x downward compatible

Pictures and graphics should be embedded in the document if possible.

Additional informations can be uploaded in the following formats in addition to the extended abstract:

• *.pps - PowerPoint 97-2003
• *.ppsx - PowerPoint 2007
• *.jpeg - Picture
• *.gif - Picture
• *.png - Picture
• *.zip - archive file containing other file-formats

Formats for beamer projection

The following formats are accepted for the beamer projection by the lecturer:

·         *.pps - PowerPoint 97-2003 screen presentation

·         *.ppsx - PowerPoint 2007 screen presentation

·         *.avi - Audio Video Interleave (unencoded)

·         *.wmv - Windows Media Video (unencoded)

USB stick for each participant

Each participant receives a USB stick containing all the documentation of the conference.
Please submit the documentation for the stick in the following format:

·         *.pdf - Adobe Reader 9.x downward compatible
