Presentation options for your company

We are excited that you are interested in actively participating with your company in the Software Quality Days – the first and only independent Austrian convention on the quality of software projects and products.

To make your presentation as effective as possible, please select one of the following presentation options:

"Business" Package

As the name implies, the business package is ideal for helping you establish contact with representatives of the businesses in your target group and establishing future business transactions.

This package is highly suitable for maximizing your company’s presence and visibility during the Software Quality Days (SWQD), and it helps you establish close contact with participants and existing and future business partners. The following services are offered:

Exhibition booth (approximately 4-6 m², equipped with one table, two chairs and a power connection)
One lecture in the "Solution Provider Forum" (25 min. + 5 min. discussion)
Advertising material and the conference bag (max. A4, max. 200 g)
Logo and company portrait in the event programme (printed and online)
Prominently-placed logo (invitations, programme, website, various PowerPoint slides and possibly advertisements)
3 SWQD tickets for your own representatives (entitles bearer to visit all lectures)
Lunch and beverages offered as a part of the conference
Conference brochures mailed to you for you to distribute (you tell us the amount)
Current registration list (name, company) with exhibitor information provided approximately one week before the event
Current participant list (name, company) with exhibitor information provided approximately one week after the event

"Standard" package

The "standard" package focuses on business with an emphasis on making contacts and having discussions with your target group. The following services are offered:

Exhibition booth (approximately 4-6 m², equipped with one table, two chairs and a power connection)
One introductory speech in the "Solution Provider Forum" (10 min. + 5 min. discussion)
Advertising material and the conference bag (max. A4, max. 100g)
Logo and company portrait in the event programme (printed and online)
Logo presence (invitations, programme, website, various PowerPoint slides and advertisements)
2 SWQD tickets for your own representatives (entitles bearer to visit all lectures)

This package is tailored to price considerations. It is outstanding for small budgets, and you can modify it with optional measures to achieve the ideal presentation as needed. The following services are offered:
